Obituary of Anthony P. Rogacki
Anthony P. Rogacki of Depew, NY, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on November 23, 1955, in Buffalo, NY, Tony was the beloved son of the late Margaret (née Kempski) and Anthony Rogacki. As the oldest of nine siblings, he naturally stepped into a role of quiet leadership, always looking out for his brothers and sisters with a steady hand and a generous heart.
A lifelong resident of Depew, Tony was a man who believed in showing up—for his family, his friends, and his community. For over 40 years, he was a proud and devoted member of the Depew Hook and Ladder Co. #1, answering the call whenever he was needed. He also dedicated nearly four decades of service to the Town of Lancaster as a mechanic, where his skill, work ethic, and dependability earned him the respect of all who worked alongside him.
Tony had a gift not just for fixing things, but for helping people. Whether it was a car that wouldn’t start, a small engine that needed repair, or a home project that seemed too big to tackle alone, Tony was always there—tools in hand, ready to lend his time and talent without ever expecting anything in return. Helping others wasn’t something he did; it was simply who he was.
He was a proud member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2692 and the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1605, where he formed many lasting friendships over the years. In quieter moments, Tony found peace in his garden and joy on the golf course, but nothing meant more to him than the time he spent with those he loved.
Tony was the beloved longtime companion of Marina Dragotta; a devoted and loving father to Jennifer (Chris) Domon, Jeffrey Rogacki, and Justin (Jackie) Rogacki; and a proud grandfather to Eric Woodley, Cole Rogacki, and Whitney Rogacki, who brought endless happiness to his life. He is also survived by his cherished siblings Bernard Rogacki, Jacqueline (Robert) Saporito, Timothy (Stacy) Rogacki, Virginia (Mark) Nowakowski, Carol (Steve) Rogacki, Andrea (Mike) Rogacki-Sauer, Paul (Susan) Rogacki, and Walter Rogacki, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Tony will be remembered for his strength, his kindness, and the countless quiet ways he made life easier and better for those around him. He didn’t seek recognition or praise—he simply gave of himself, day after day, in ways that truly mattered. His legacy lives on in the family he loved so deeply, the friendships he cherished, and the many lives he touched along the way.
Visitation will be held at the Cichon-Borgosz Funeral Home Inc., 4929 Broadway, Depew, NY, on Tuesday from 3–7 PM. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mother Teresa Parish at St. James Church, 496 Terrace Blvd., Depew, on Wednesday at 10 AM. Please assemble at church. Flowers gratefully declined.
