I am so deeply saddened by the loss of jimmy. He was more than just a friend; he was a second father to me. I will cherish the memories his family and I made together. Jimmy was a truly exceptional man who had a great sense of humor and always kind and willing to help others. His laughter was contagious, and his sense of humor always brightened my day. I'll cherish the memories always. Thank you to Patty & Jimmy for always treating me as their own. Sending my love to the Dienstbier family.
Love,
Kaitlyn

The first several times we met I was working and I thought this man is crazy. Until he stood there and asked me do you like chicken. I was so hungry and I said as longs as it's boneless marinated in chivettas and served with real mashed potatoes none of that boxed shit. He said I think I can do that and smiled. The day we had set he forgot to take out the chicken , we decided to go to road house. He went into the wrong driveway and rolled over a bump to cut through and he said shit I think I tore off my muffler. That was in August 1996. The time Flys by. Love that lasts forever, we shared many laughs, many tears when we found out we were pregnant. I loved how he would sing to me at karaoke, carried away by George Straight it was our wedding song. And when he sang please don't take the girl by Tim mcgraw. You could never leave a lighter around because he'd snatch it up and pocket it. He collected them all. He would always stand around at our BBQ, bonfires and tell the funniest and stupidest jokes and have everyone laughing. I love the man. And I always will. He was taken too early way to early
