To my best friend of 57 years
I can't begin to say how much our friendship meant to me. I felt your family was mine. We have so many years of memories: Going to Bradford and Lime Lake with your mom and dad, Sharon, Aunt Jackie, Nancy, Linda, Betty and Joc. So hard to believe your gone, dear cousin, and you put up such a good fight. Never heard you complain or feel sorry for yourself even through all the suffering you endured. We are all going to miss you so much and it's with a heavy heart we have to say goodbye but I thank God your suffering is over. That's the only thing I can be thankful for right now because this just doesn't feel right. Still can't believe you're really gone now but I know you're with all our family that have gone before you and they will take care of you forever until we all see you again. Love you very much, Sandy, and I'm so sorry.

I never even thought of life without you...I still can't. You have meant so much to me my whole life. I am so grateful to have so many beautiful, funny, sweet, loving & amazing memories with you that I will cherish with all my heart. It's going to be so hard to learn to live this life without you but I know you want us all to go on with as many happy memories as we can...and we all have so many. I take some comfort in knowing you are no longer hurting and are now at peace. Give my love to all our loved ones up there...til we all meet again.
