My name is Joe Zephries. My mother is Laura Mitzel-Zephries. My father is Steve Zephries. We just found this article while trying to find Cydney online. We are beyond shocked. I know this goes without saying, but I do send my condolences to all of y’all. Wish I woulda knew her.
