Beloved husband of Wendy (nee Richardson); Devoted father of Meagan, Adam and Jylian; Dear brother of Nancy (Thomas) Was, Mark (Mary Ann), Kathleen (Steve) Mayer, Jayne (John) Militello, James (Rene), Joe's Twin Maria (Paul) Cudeck, late Heidi and late Elizabeth (Denis) Hentzy; Also survived by nieces and nephews. Visitation in the Cichon-Borgosz Funeral Home, Inc., 4929 Broadway, Depew, Friday 3-7 PM. A Private family funeral will be held. Joe was a member of the IBEW Local #10. Flowers gratefully declined.
