Obituary of Julia Zdyb

Zdyb Julia “Julie” August 31st 1925 - April 21st 2020 Julie, eldest daughter of Mary Tomczyk and Stanley Zdyb, died peacefully on April 21st after a short Covid 19 related illness. She was 94 years old. Julie was a Depew High School graduate and began her working career at Lancaster Malleable. When an opportunity arose to work at American Airlines she eagerly made the switch. She was employed by American Airlines for the remainder of her long professional career, working as an Executive Secretary. She considered her fellow A.A. Employees to be her second family and enjoyed many close friendships there. Known for her stylish clothing and sharp mind, Julie was a world traveler, avid reader and beloved Aunt. She was predeceased by her sister, Stacia Brownjohn. She is survived by her brother, Richard Wielkiewicz, nieces; Cynthia Brownjohn Stewart, Lauren Rubin (Aaron), and nephews; Alan Brownjohn (Kathleen) and Christopher Brownjohn (Marilyn), great nephews and great niece.
