Every year our summer vacations were spent at Chautauqua Lake. Paul enjoyed going with us even though he hated the water. He always looked forward to August and our week vacation together. He loved our boat so much he decided to buy it even when I told him not to. It never seen water again but I think he liked it so much he wanted to keep it in the family when we didn't. One night after a couple to many Budweiser's, Paul decided to take a little walk away from the house we were renting and all of a sudden we heard breaking branches and another loud crash - he fell into the lake. He was pulled up to safety by his brother-in-law Timmy, when he got him on his feet again his can of beer was completely crushed and he didn't even spill a drop. I miss the Lake and our summer nights and we'll miss Paul and all the excitement. RIP Paul !!!! Love, Michelle, Timmy and Ryan

A funny but not so funny story.....Paul would frequent camping at the land in the summertime with us. He loved the fresh air and letting Bentley run around. One time he finally decided to take the 6th wheeler for a ride, something that he would never attempt to try. While I was in the trailer I heard this huge crash/bang - Paul got behind the controls and came barreling out of the woods full speed down a hill and came crashing right into the trailer and into a bunch of glass doors/windows - glass was everywhere. (Nobody told him where the brakes were lol) Being a glass guy by trade he spent the entire afternoon picking up broken pieces of glass so that his nephew Ryan would not get cut. Needless to say he never tried driving that machine again. He just sat around, waited till the hands on the clock struck high noon and cracked open his favorite beer of choice Budweiser. RIP Paul ....Camping will never be the same :(
