WOZNIAK - Frances (nee Gajewski) Of Depew, April 27, 2015, beloved wife of the late John S.; devoted mother of John (Nancy) and the late James (late Christina); loving grandmother of John, Bryan (Stephanie), Samantha (Thomas) Brennan, James (Amanda) and Jeffrey; great-grandmother of Rayna, Xavier, Katelyn, Genevieve and Thomas; dear sister of Anthony "Butch" (late Diane) Gajewski; predeceased by other sisters and brothers; survived by nieces and nephews. Visitation at the CICHON-BORGOSZ FUNERAL HOME INC., 4929 Broadway, Depew, Wednesday 3-7 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Mary Teresa Parish at St. James Church, 496 Terrace Blvd., Depew, Thursday at 9:30 AM. Please assemble at church.
