Hello,
My name is Jane Leland, daughter of Bob Leland with whom Helene's sister "Teddy" worked at Calspan for many years. My parents have both passed on, but I have such fond memories of "Teddy" as an extension of our family from my growing up years that my Mom (and I, when visiting NY) would visit Walter and Helene after Teddy's passing. So I've kept up sending our holiday letter to Helene each year, hoping someone would be able to read it to her. I had a feeling this year, so decided to search for an obituary before mailing, and found this. I am sorry for your loss. But what a ripe old age102 is!!
